CoRuNA as a partner of ENCORA-TTC aims to strengthen communication and sharing of knowledge and experience at the following levels:
- national and international (at respectively the Black Sea, the Baltic Sea, the Caspian Sea regions as well as at the pan European scale);
- within and between disciplines;
- between science and practice;
- between science and policy;
- between policy and practice.

Therefore CoRuNA will develop, implement and establish 3 sections of the national network:
Baltic Sea Section, Black Sea Section, Caspian Sea Section.

CoRuNA will provide services to all parties interested in the coastal zone, both researchers, consultants, managers and stakeholders. CoRuNA will advertise its work through national ENCORA webpage and newsletters. The activity will especially focus on supporting young researchers in building up networks.
